San Lorenzo River Trail Run
The San Lorenzo River Trail Run is scheduled for July 11, 2026 at Harvey West Park (Friendship Picnic Area), 103 Dubois St, Santa Cruz, CA 95060, US. The event offers multiple trail distances on natural surfaces around the park and nearby ridges.
The course runs through 300 foot tall, 1500 year-old Coastal Redwoods, lush stream canyons, open meadows, pine and oak forests, and chaparral-covered ridges. The Half Marathon, 30K, Marathon, and 50K cross the San Lorenzo River multiple times.
Distances and entry categories include:
- 10K : 6.3 miles, trail race, fee $60
- Half Marathon : 13.1 miles, trail race, fee $70
- 30K : 30K, trail race, fee $75
- Marathon : 26.2 miles, trail race, fee $80
- 50K : 50K, trail race, fee $90
- Kid's Run : 0.25 miles, ages 6 and younger, free
- Coastal Testing : 2 miles, free
Registration opens July 21, 2025. Most events close registration July 5, 2026; the Kid's Run and Coastal Testing accept registrations through July 11, 2026. Distances are measured using a Rolatape® surveyor's measuring wheel. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
