Participant Information
The event is open to individual participants or those competing in a relay. For the 10 km distances, entrants must be at least 16 years old, while the 21 km distances require participants to be aged 18 or over. The entry fee includes a finishers medal, an event T-shirt, and food and drink at the finish line.
The route is fully marshalled and includes fully stocked checkpoints to provide support throughout the course. Medical cover is also present on-site. The event holds a race permit from the Association of Running Clubs. Registration and an event briefing take place at the rugby club prior to the start.
