Saluki Triathlon

The Saluki Triathlon is a sprint distance triathlon held on June 6, 2026, on the SIU campus in Carbondale, Illinois. The event is organized by SIU Recreational Sports and Services and is open to individuals aged 12 and older.

The course consists of three sequential segments. Participants begin with a swim in SIU Campus Lake, continue on a bike course that runs along the south and west sides of campus, and finish with a run on the SIU Campus Lake trail. Competitors must provide their own bicycles.
