Snowman Shuffle
The Snowman Shuffle takes place on January 2, 2027 at Logan Fitness at John A. Logan College in Carterville, Illinois. The event includes a 5K race held on the college property near 700 Logan College Drive, Carterville, IL 62918.
Registration options include online, in-person at the JALC Logan Fitness check-in desk, or by mailing a registration form to John A. Logan College, 700 Logan College Dr., Carterville, IL 62918. Same-day registration is available at the Logan Fitness check-in location in the upstairs classroom J222. Registrations are non-refundable. To guarantee a t-shirt, registration must be received by 12/12/2026; limited extra shirts may be available at registration on a first come, first served basis.
Entry fees for the 5K are: Adults $30; children 10 years and under free; family registration $70 for up to four people. Awards include plaques for overall male and female winners and heavy medals for the top three finishers in each age group. Age groups are 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, and 70 plus.
Walking and running are both allowed; awards are based on finishing times and do not distinguish between walkers and runners. Roadways on the course remain open to traffic.
