2026 Salmon Run - Bend, Oregon
The 2026 Salmon Run takes place on April 18, 2026 in Bend, Oregon. It is the 38th annual edition and includes three distance events.

- 5K
All courses run along the Deschutes River on a mix of trails and paved sidewalks. The half marathon is approximately 75% paved sidewalks and 25% trail. The 10K is about 80% paved sidewalks and 20% trail. The 5K is roughly 65% paved sidewalks and 35% trail. Courses will be marked with mile markers and directional arrows. The course passes through areas of junipers and pines and finishes on the lawn at Riverbend Park.
A Little Fry Run is offered for children. Finish line activities include a post race party with food, beverages including beer, and music. The event offers gift bags and awards for top three male and female finishers in open and masters categories, plus 1st, 2nd and 3rd place ribbons for age group winners.
Parking at Riverbend Park is limited on race day; parking attendants will direct arrivals and additional parking is available on city streets. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
