2026 Salmon Run - Bend, Oregon
The 38th annual Salmon Run takes place on April 18, 2026 in Bend, Oregon (799 SW Columbia St, Bend, OR 97702). The event offers multiple race options and a kids run. Distances include:
- Half Marathon - 13.1 miles
- 10K
- 5K
- Little Fry Kids Run
Course and event details
All courses run along the Deschutes River and use a mix of trail and paved surfaces. The half marathon course is about 75% paved sidewalks and 25% trail. The 10K course is about 80% paved sidewalks and 20% trail. The 5K is about 65% paved sidewalks and 35% trail. Courses will be marked with mile markers and directional arrows, and the finish is on the lawn at Riverbend Park.
The event includes finish line festivities with food, beverages (including beer), music, gift bags, and awards for top three male and female finishers in open and masters categories. Age-group finishers receive 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place ribbons. Parking at Riverbend Park is limited; additional parking is available on city streets and parking attendants will direct arrivals.
