2027 Hot Cocoa Run
The Hot Cocoa Run takes place on February 14, 2027, in Bend, Oregon, at 1001 SW Bradbury Wy, 97701. The event features an untimed 5K loop course. Race entry includes admission to all three days of WinterFest for registrants.
Registration opens on August 20, 2026, and closes on February 12, 2027. The listed registration fee is $45. On-site registration is available on race morning starting at 11 am.
Check-in and bib pickup are handled at the Pavilion on race morning. Check-in is scheduled between 11:00 am and 12:00 pm; a QR code will be scanned to retrieve registration information. Registrants will receive an emailed WinterFest ticket to the email on file for event entry. Volunteers at the WinterFest gates can look up names if a ticket cannot be found.
The finish area includes a full hot cocoa bar with a selection of toppings and Crater Lake spirits, including espresso vodka. The event encourages participants to wear costumes.
