Salmon River 5.5 Mile Run
The Salmon River 5.5 Mile Run is an earth-friendly road race held in rural Eastern Connecticut on Comstock Bridge Road in Colchester. The course starts and finishes at the Historic Comstock covered bridge and follows the Salmon River through state forest and along an old railroad bed.
The route covers 5.5 miles and traverses varied terrain, including pavement, dirt roads, and improved trails. The course ends with a fast downhill finish on the final segment.
