Salmon Creek Beach Runs
The Empire Runners Club stages the 48th annual Salmon Creek Beach Run on August 2, 2026 at Salmon Creek State Beach, north parking area along Hwy 1, CA. The event comprises two distance races held on the sand.

- 2-mile race on sand
Registration is by online preregistration only and must be completed by August 1. Empire Runners Club members register online; non-members pay a $20 online preregistration fee. Club membership is offered at $12 for youth and $36 for adults and includes free race registration year-round to multiple events and additional opportunities.
