Salmon Creek Beach Runs
The 48th annual Salmon Creek Beach Run takes place on August 2, 2026 at Salmon Creek State Beach, north parking area along Highway 1 in California. The event features races held on the sand at the beach.
- 5-mile race on sand
- 2-mile race on sand
Registration is online preregistration only and closes on August 1 at 5pm. Non members pay a $20 preregistration fee. Club membership is available for a fee and includes free race registration year-round for multiple events.
Post race picnicking is encouraged, but no services or supplies are provided at the beach. Fires, BBQs, and dogs are not allowed on the beach. The event is hosted by a local family. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
