Salem Days 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run : Salem, UT
The event takes place at Salem Pond (Knoll Park), 125 W 300 South, Salem, UT. Parking is located at Salem Elementary, 100 West 100 South, with access to the pond via the bridge.

Registration fees and windows are specified by date. Pre-registration through August 3 is $25 per person; a family rate of $80 covers 4 to 7 household members through that date. From August 4 through August 6 the fee is $30 per person and the family rate is $90. On August 7 registration is available at packet pick-up by credit card only for $35 per person or $100 for the family rate. No registrations are accepted on race day.
T-shirts are provided but quantities and sizes are limited. Organizers ordered an exact number of shirts and sizes; once specific sizes are gone entrants must choose from remaining sizes and cannot change sizes until after the Saturday event. T-shirts are not gender specific.
Awards include overall 1st through 3rd places and age division medals for 1st through 3rd in both the 1 mile and the 5K. A raffle with various prizes takes place after the race.
Packet pick-up is Friday, August 7 at the Salem Rec Office, 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm, and race morning at Salem Pond, 6:00 am to 6:30 am. Past results are available for events from 2014 through 2025. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
