Saints Kickoff Run Presented by Hancock Whitney
The Saints Kickoff Run is a multi-format event in New Orleans that begins in Champions Square and finishes on the 50 yard line of the Caesars Superdome. The event includes in-person and virtual options and offers participant shirts and finisher medals for entrants.

- 3.1 miles 5K
- 0.5 miles Kids half mile
- 3.1 miles Virtual 5K
In-person runners gather in Champions Square and a post-race party with live entertainment and a beer garden takes place there. In-person finishers receive an official Saints 5K participant shirt, a finisher medal, and select participants aged 21 or older receive two complimentary beers. Live finisher results are provided.
Virtual entries receive a race bib number, a Saints tech tee, and a finisher medal; those items are mailed and shipping is included, but delivery on or before Race Day is not guaranteed. Virtual sales close when sold out.
The event includes a Team Challenge Cup that awards the top three largest teams. Teams must register with identical spelling of the team name so members are grouped correctly. The run supports the Louisiana National Guard Foundation; donations of ten dollars or more can be recorded with a special charity bib and funds go directly to the foundation.
