Saint Louis Half Marathon and 5K : November 9, 2025
The Saint Louis Half Marathon and 5K returns to Forest Park on November 9, 2025. Hosted by the St. Louis Track Club, this will be the event's 46th year; the race was first run in 1980 and is described as the longest-running half marathon in the St. Louis region. The event includes in-person and virtual options.

Both the half marathon and the 5K start and finish at the Muny Festival Grounds in Forest Park. The half marathon course is USATF certified. Prize money for the half marathon is awarded to the top three overall male and female finishers: 1st place $500, 2nd place $250, 3rd place $100. Age-group awards recognize the top three finishers by male and female in age groups from 19 & under through 70+; the 5K has overall awards for the top three male and female finishers.
Packet pickup locations: Friday, Nov. 7 at Running Niche (1601 Tower Grove Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63110) and Saturday, Nov. 8 at the Voyager Room in the Forest Park Visitors Center; detailed times will be emailed to participants. Race-day packet pickup is scheduled for 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM. Half marathon finishers receive a multi-layered 4-inch medal and a long-sleeve shirt; 5K finishers receive a 4-inch silver medal and a short-sleeve shirt. The Saint Louis Crisis Nursery is the event charity partner. Register by October 20, 2025 to guarantee a shirt and medal. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
