Saint Louis Half Marathon and 5K - November 8, 2026
The Saint Louis Half Marathon and 5K returns for its 47th year on November 8, 2026. The road races use a course through Forest Park with both the half marathon and the 5K starting and finishing at the Muny Festival Grounds. The event offers in-person and virtual options.

The event uses an Open Start format with a formal gun-start and allows participants to begin within a brief window after that signal. All finishers receive a custom metal medal. The half marathon awards prize money to the overall top three men and women: $500 for 1st, $250 for 2nd, and $100 for 3rd. Age group awards recognize the top three finishers in each listed age group for men and women. The 5K presents overall awards for the top three men and women.
Packet pickup is scheduled Friday, Nov. 6 at Running Niche, 1601 Tower Grove Avenue, and Saturday, Nov. 7 at the Voyager Room in the Forest Park Visitors Center. Detailed pickup times will be emailed to participants. Registration phases include in-person and virtual entries with different closing dates and fees for each option.
