Event Overview
The Saint Louis Half Marathon and 5K is an established road race held in Saint Louis, Missouri. Established in 1980, it is the longest-running half marathon in the region. The event takes place within the historic setting of Forest Park, with all race distances starting and finishing at the Muny Festival Grounds.
Course Information
The half marathon course is USATF certified. Participants travel through the scenic areas of Forest Park on a paved road course. The event utilizes an open start format, allowing a ten-minute window for runners to begin their race after the initial signal.

Awards and Recognition
All finishers in the in-person events receive a custom metal medal. For the half marathon, monetary prizes are awarded to the top three overall male and female finishers. Additionally, the half marathon features age group awards for the top three male and female participants in categories ranging from 19 and under up to 70 and older. The 5K event provides awards for the top three overall male and female finishers.
Logistics
