The event is scheduled for Saturday, April 18, 2026, at Saint Joe's, located at 10722 Wyscarver Road in Cincinnati, Ohio. It is the 27th annual 5K event.
Participants can choose from three categories, all covering a 5k distance:
- 5k Run/Walk/Roll for ages 18 and over.
- 5k Run/Walk/Roll for participants under 18 years old.
- Incline High School Challenge for ages 13 to 19.
