Saint Charles Oktoberfest Wurst Race Ever 5K/10K : Saint Charles, MO : September 27, 2026
The Saint Charles Oktoberfest Wurst Race Ever offers timed 5K and 10K runs and an untimed Wurst Route during the Saint Charles Oktoberfest festival. The start and finish are located in Frontier Park, and the course travels through Historic Saint Charles, including Main Street, the Frenchtown District, the Katy Trail, and riverfront areas along the Missouri River.
Available distances:
- 5K timed run with official shirt, finisher medal, and one beverage ticket
- 10K timed run with official shirt, finisher medal, and one beverage ticket
- Wurst Route Ever untimed approximately 50 foot journey with the same perks
Proceeds support the Saint Charles Oktoberfest and the St. Charles Regional Chamber Foundation to fund workforce development and talent attraction initiatives in the county. Packet pickup is available at Fleet Feet St. Charles on Friday, September 25 (12pm–6pm) and Saturday, September 26 (10am–5pm), and at Frontier Park on the day of the event. Awards for the 5K include first through third overall male and female finishers and top three in specified age groups; 10K awards include first overall male and female finishers and top one in specified age groups.
