Overview
The Sacred Heart Shamrock Shuffle is the 14th annual community running and walking event held on March 7, 2026, in Havertown, Pennsylvania. The event is based at Sacred Heart School, 109 N. Manoa Rd, Havertown, PA 19083. Proceeds support the improvement and growth of Sacred Heart School.
Race details
The event program includes:
- 5K
- Family Fun Walk
- 1 mile Kids Dash
The Family Fun Walk follows the streets of Manoa. The 5K course travels further into Havertown. Strollers are allowed. A mascot called Sacred Heart’s Lucky Leprechaun will appear during the event.
Awards are given to the top male and top female runners with a cash prize, and the top two in each age group receive awards. Age groups include: 10 & under, 11-14, 15-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.
Timing is provided by Bryn Mawr Racing Co. using Mylaps chip timing, and marshals are located along the course. Amenities for registered participants include T-shirts and goodie bags for those registered by February 15, bathrooms, and post-race refreshments. The event also features live Irish music and Irish dancers.
Bag, bib, and shirt pick-up is available the day before and on race day at Everett Hall (Sacred Heart Church). Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
