Event Details
The Sacred Heart Shamrock Shuffle takes place on Saturday, March 7, 2026. It is a 14th annual community event held at Sacred Heart School in Havertown, Pennsylvania.
Events and Courses
The event includes three separate activities:
- 5K Run
- Family Fun Walk
- 1 Mile Kids Dash
The Family Fun Walk travels through the streets of the Manoa neighborhood. The 5K route goes further into Havertown. Strollers are permitted on the walk.
Registration and Amenities
Registration prices are listed for each event. A discounted multi-person family rate is available. For participants who register by February 28, the event provides t-shirts and goodie bags. There are bathrooms on site and post-race refreshments.
Awards and Timing
Awards are given to the top male and female runners. The top two finishers in each age group also receive awards. The event uses chip timing provided by Bryn Mawr Racing Co. and has course marshals.
Event Atmosphere and Purpose
The event features live Irish music and Irish dancers. A special guest appearance by a "Lucky Leprechaun" is noted. The proceeds support the improvement and growth of Sacred Heart School. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
