Rye Summer 10k & 5k Series: Race One
This event is the first of a five-race summer series held at The Point, Rye Harbour Nature Reserve, Rye, East Sussex, TN31 7TU. The reserve contains a mosaic of interlocking shingle ridges, saltmarsh, intertidal grazing, reed-beds and saline lagoons. The course is described as tarmac, flat and fast; windy conditions are possible and favourable conditions may allow quick times.

The series runs across May, June, July, August and September. Entrants may enter individual races or purchase a series entry; all series entries include a t-shirt. On-the-day single race entries are subject to availability. On-the-day fees for single races are listed as: 10k £25, 5k £20 and Junior Run £7. Series pricing is published for affiliated and unaffiliated options and series entries include a bespoke t-shirt.
Event inclusions listed for participants include bespoke medals for the 10k and 5k, a finisher medal for the Junior run and trophies. Detailed route maps and GPX files are available for download.
