Ryan's Race 5K walk Run
Ryan's Race 5K walk Run takes place on May 17, 2026, at Odessa High School in Townsend, Delaware. The event centers on a 5K distance open to runners and walkers and lists a registration fee for the 5K at $39.03 with a separate day of event registration option.
The event includes a dedicated COMPETITIVE WALKING 5K category. Competitive walkers must walk the entire race; running or jogging is not permitted in that category. Walkers and runners use the same registration process and walkers will be identified on race day.

Awards are given to top finishers and by age groups. Overall and masters winners are scored by gun time while other age categories are scored by chip net time. Age group awards are listed in 10 year increments from 13 and under through 70 and over, and separate awards are noted for top walkers.
