Rutland Night10k
Rutland Night10k is an evening running and walking event held at Normanton church and around the shoreline of Rutland Water from 5 November to 7 November 2026. The event uses a 10 km illuminated route around the reservoir and runs across three days with walkers scheduled on Thursday and runners on Friday and Saturday.
Before race day entrants receive support materials and a comprehensive race guide sent by email about two weeks beforehand. Personalised race packs including race numbers and timing chips are posted to participants; late entries are required to collect numbers at the start. Free athlete to athlete transfers are available within the event terms and conditions.
On race day the organiser provides event support from arrival to finish, on course hydration, comprehensive medical support, a help desk for last minute queries, and free parking at the event site. All finishers receive a bespoke finisher medal and a comprehensive results table is available as runners finish. Prizes are awarded to the top three men and the top three women in the running categories. The minimum age on race day is 16. Entry pricing for the standard run is listed as £26 until 31 October 2026 with a late entry fee of £30, and the standard walk is listed as £22 until 31 October 2026 with a late entry fee of £28.
