Ruthin 5K and 10K
Ruthin 5K and 10K are chip timed road races that start and finish at Ruthin Leisure Centre. Both routes are way marked and measured, taking runners on an on road journey through the surrounding countryside and returning to the event centre, which provides parking and event facilities. The final 250 metres of the course include a climb of 12 steps toward the finish line.

The 10K route includes feeding stations; participants in the 5K should bring their own supplies. Races have minimum age requirements: entrants must be at least 11 years old for the 5K and 15 years old for the 10K. Headphones are not permitted except bone conduction models; failure to comply may lead to disqualification by the race referee.
Parking at Ruthin Leisure Centre car park is free and race parking areas are signed and marshalled. Additional parking is listed at Brynhyfryd Leisure Centre LL15 1EG. Organisers advise arriving early to allow time for registration and to use the dedicated race parking. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
