The 5k includes a Best Costume contest with awards for the top two costumes and a Pumpkin Collecting contest with first and second place prizes. Awards also include Overall Top Male and Female, and first and second place in the following age groups: 12 and under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+. The Kids Fun Run is for ages 1-10; participating children ages 10 and under receive a T-shirt and a pumpkin to paint with volunteer supervision. Parents may participate in the 5k.
Entry fees: 5k is $30 before October 8 and $35 after. Kids Fun Run is $15 before October 9 and $20 after. Registration by October 8 is required to guarantee a T-shirt. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
