RUN Battersea Park 10K Winter
RUN Battersea Park 10K Winter is a 10K road race held in Battersea Park (next to the Bandstand), Post Code SW11 4NG. The route loops around the park on pancake flat, well-paved paths and passes trees, gardens and views of the River Thames. The looped layout keeps spectators and other runners close to the course.
All finishers receive a medal. Finish area provisions include water, juices, fruit and a chocolate bar. Chip timing is used to record accurate finishing times, with results posted as soon as a runner crosses the finish line.
On the event site there is a free baggage drop in a cordoned area; participants are advised not to leave valuables. Public toilets are available near the start and finish. An official race photographer will be positioned around the course. A medical team will be stationed at the start area and along the route. A pre-race warm up session of around ten minutes will take place before the race start.
