RunThrough Trails South Downs
RunThrough Trails South Downs takes place on Sunday 26 July 2026 and uses Queen Elizabeth Country Park as the event base. Routes include sections of the South Downs Way and offer wide views across Hampshire and Sussex.
The course follows a mix of grassy tracks, woodland paths and open chalk downland. Routes are waymarked with trail flags, tags, A5 arrows and signage. Marshals will be positioned at major junctions and aid stations will be stocked. Organisers provide the GPX file for each route to assist navigation during the race.

- 12K
- 25K
- 50K
Entries include a unique themed medal, free race photos, chip-timed results and post-race goodies. The event village provides food and drink options and free partner goodies at the finish. Event t-shirts are available at more than 30% off when purchased as part of entry checkout.
The event is licensed under the TRA and will follow UKA rules. Runners who use an EA or TRA number at checkout receive a £2 discount. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
