Carsington Water Half Marathon and 10k - 27 June 2026
The event takes place at Carsington Water near Ashbourne, DE6, UK, on Saturday 27 June 2026. It offers three entry options: a Half Marathon, a 10K, and a RunThrough Foundation Place entry. Entry fees listed include £30 for the 10K, £34 for the half marathon, and £80 for the Foundation Place.
The courses run on trail paths around the reservoir and follow an undulating route through the surrounding countryside. The half marathon is an out and back followed by one full loop of the reservoir. The 10K covers almost one full loop. Each kilometre is marked with distance flags and marshals are positioned around the course to provide guidance.
Included with race entry are free event photographs, official chip timed results, post race goodies and a bespoke event medal. An event village provides a selection of food and drink options and partners supply free items at the finish. GPX files for both the 10K and half marathon routes are available for download. An event t shirt can be purchased with entry at a discount of more than 30 percent.
