On-the-day logistics and safety
An Event Village will offer food and drink for purchase and host partner charities. A baggage store is available; runners are asked to use the tear-off strip on their race number to label bags. Pacers with time flags will be on course, sponsored by Arla Protein. Toilets are provided around the stadium; public urination may lead to disqualification. Medical personnel will be positioned at regular intervals, with fixed first aid stations near water points, a first aid unit and recovery area near the finish, and roaming first aiders in the Event Village.
Sustainability measures include recycling bins at water stations and a trainer drop-off station next to the Race Office. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
