Ramathon : event overview
The Ramathon is a half marathon organised by Run For All (first run by them in 2018). The event is scheduled for Sunday 28 June 2026 and starts and finishes at Silk Mill Park, close to Derby Cathedral. The route passes Pride Park Stadium, Alvaston Park and Elvaston Castle Country Park. The course is described as fast and flat. Entrants must be 17 years or older on event day. Finishers receive a bespoke t-shirt, an exclusive finisher's medal and a goody bag. The event includes chip timing and offers the option to purchase a technical finisher t-shirt and iTAB.
On-the-day information and logistics
An Event Village will offer food and drink for purchase and host partner charities. Water stations on course supply 330 ml bottles; High5 energy stations will provide High5 Zero tabs and energy gels. Recycling bins will be available at water stations. Baggage can be left in a designated Baggage Store using the tear-off strip on the race number. Pacers sponsored by Arla Protein will carry flags with finish times. Toilets are located around the stadium; the organiser operates a zero-tolerance policy on public urination. Medical personnel and first aid stations will be positioned on course and near the finish, with roaming first aiders in the Event Village. Marathon Photos will take event photographs and results will be published on the event website after the race. Local parking options are listed within a 10-15 minute walk of the start/finish.
