Ramathon
Ramathon is a mass-participation road race organised by Run For All. The event in Derby takes place on Sunday 28 June 2026 and is based at Silk Mill Park / Cathedral Green close to Derby Cathedral. The route starts and finishes at Silk Mill Park and passes Pride Park Stadium, Alvaston Park and Elvaston Castle Country Park.
The course is described as fast and flat. Water stations provide 330 ml bottles and on-course nutrition is supplied by Applied Nutrition with isotonic drinks and energy gels. Chip timing is used and entrants receive a finisher's goody bag; there is also an option to purchase a technical finisher t-shirt and to personalise the medal with iTAB. Pacers sponsored by Arla Protein carry flags to indicate target finish times.
Event facilities include an Event Village with food and drink vendors and partner charities, designated baggage storage, allocated toilets, and photography by Marathon Photos. Medical personnel and first aid stations are available on course and near the finish. Clothing left at the start is collected and donated unless checked into the baggage store. The organisers provide recycling bins on course and offer trainer drop-off stations in partnership with JogOn.
Entrants must be 17 years or older on event day. A separate RAM 5 Mile event takes place later the same day. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
