RunPA Trail Jamboree - Camp Mack, Newmanstown PA, August 28-29, 2026
The RunPA Trail Jamboree is a two-day trail running event held at Camp Mack in Newmanstown, Pennsylvania. The program includes a night trail race and multiple timed endurance events run on a looped trail course. Endurance events use electronic chip timing so laps are counted automatically; the night race is manually timed and requires a headlamp.
Courses use an approximate 3.4 to 3.5 mile loop that includes single track, double track, roots, rocks, grassy fields, and dirt and stone roads near the start and finish. Runners must complete each final loop before the event time ends. Participants in endurance events must be at least 12 years old. There are two free kids options for ages 12 and under, including a short roughly 1 mile course and a true trail option of about 3.5 miles.
Camping is available at no charge for event participants, with space for tents, small campers, and pavilions; there are no utility hookups. An aid station at the start/finish supplies water, electrolytes, and snacks; endurance runners are advised to be self sufficient on course. Pacers are permitted for endurance runners with separate registration. Alcohol is not permitted on the property. There are no refunds, deferrals, or transfers. Littering can lead to disqualification and removal from the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
