Running With Padre 5K
Running With Padre is scheduled for Saturday, October 17, 2026, at St. Anne’s Church, 201 Church Street, Youngsville, LA 70592. The event offers organized run and walk options on the church grounds with on-site activities.

- 1 Mile fun run and walk
- 5K (3.1 miles) run and walk
The on-site area will include music, snacks, fun jumps, face painting, and community activities. The event is presented as family friendly. All proceeds will support preservation of the current church building and the expansion to create a new worship space for St. Anne Parish.
Registration opens July 15, 2026. Regular registration for the 1 Mile and 5K is listed at $30, with a student rate of $20. Late registration on race day is listed at $40. A race t-shirt is available; a t-shirt is guaranteed at packet pickup for registrations completed by October 1, 2026. A purchase-only t-shirt option is noted with price to be determined.
Packet pickup is scheduled Friday, October 16 in the parish hall at 201 Church Street from 12:00 to 18:00, with additional pickup available on race morning. The 5K uses age group awards by decade beginning with younger categories; awards include top overall finishers and age group placings.
