The Hub Lafayette Runwell 5K Walk/Run is scheduled for February 14, 2026 in Lafayette, LA at Fleet Feet Geaux Run Store, 906 Harding Street, 70506. The event benefits The Hub Lafayette Urban Ministries. Packet pickup will be available at The Lovewell (1515 W. University Avenue) the day before the race and at the race site on race day.
- 1 Mile Kids Fun Run - ages 1-10
- 5K Run/Walk - ages 11-100
- Sleep In Supporter - registration option for those not attending in person
Planet Nutrition will provide shakes for participants in the kids fun run.
Registration, fees and awards
Event fees listed on the page include a base price of $15 for the Kids Fun Run, $30 for the 5K, and $40 for the Sleep In Supporter option. The 5K has tiered pricing that increases over time and a stated race day fee. T-shirt sizes are guaranteed for registrations completed by January 19. The event policy states no refunds.
Prizes include cash awards for the 5K first- and second-place overall male and female winners ($250 and $100 respectively) and Runwell trophies for male and female age categories (12 & under, 13-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+).
