Celebrating its 21st anniversary in 2026, it offers seven distances ranging from 10 km to a grueling 160 km (100 mile) ultra, featuring significant elevation gains—up to 7,600 meters on the longest course. The route traverses iconic peaks like Mt Feathertop, Mt Hotham, and Mt Bogong, with challenging terrain including river crossings and variable alpine weather conditions such as heat, snow, and storms.
