Running Over Addiction 5K
The eleventh annual Running Over Addiction event raises funds and awareness for the West Branch Drug & Alcohol Abuse Commission, which provides substance use prevention, intervention, and treatment services for Lycoming and Clinton County residents. Other community organizations that provide recovery services will have resource tables on site.
The event offers both an in person 5K and a virtual 5K. Registration windows and fees differ by format: the in person 5K has a registration fee of $30 and a separate registration period; the virtual 5K has a registration fee of $40 and its own registration period. Children age 10 and under may register for free; the free registration does not include a shirt. All participants must register and sign a waiver. Participants who register by midnight on 2026-08-20 are guaranteed to receive a shirt with their registration. Virtual participants who register before the shirt deadline will have their shirt mailed by 2026-09-20. Awards will be given to the top three in person finishers.
