  • 10k
  • 5k
  • 1 miler

Points from these races count toward the Year-Long 5k, 10k and Back of the Pack Series, and toward the Spring Series. A virtual race option is available. The event supports Rivermont Schools, which serves children and young adults aged 5 to 22 with behavioral, emotional, and educational challenges.

Logistics and race details

The course departs from Shelter C at Burke Lake Park. The route is mostly paved with a short gravel section and has limited elevation gain; the 10k is run as an out-and-back course repeated twice. Restrooms are near the parking lot at Shelter A.

Registered runners receive a finisher’s medal, a technical (drifit) event shirt, and chip timing. T-shirts are guaranteed for registrations completed before April 1. Live results will be posted on Athlinks with a race-day QR code for immediate viewing; final results with series points are posted the Monday after the race.

Registration fees (early through March 15 / after): 10k $45 / $50, 5k $30 / $35, 1 miler $20 / $25. A $5 price increase applies on race day.
