Mizaru Challenge Day 1
Mizaru Challenge Day 1 is scheduled for Saturday 6 February 2027 near Capel Lane, Littleham, Exmouth EX8 2QZ (what3words ///miss.race.open). The event is a 7 hour timed challenge on an undulating, accurately measured road course run entirely on tarmac. The organiser is Running Events Devon and the event permit number is ARC.
The event uses a "TUGG" system (turn up and get going within the event window and finish by the event deadline). Each lap is 5.3 km, run out and back along a scenic route on an old disused train line. Participants may complete as many laps as they can within the timed period; finishers are eligible to collect a medal. If the maximum capacity is reached, later entrants receive a bespoke medal chosen from those available on the day.
Entry is limited to 75 runners, with entries closing on 22 January 2027. The minimum age is 18 years. Entry fees are listed by category: affiliated £32.00, unattached £34.00, affiliated no perks £21.00, unattached no perks £23.00. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
