Mizaru Challenge Day 1
Mizaru Challenge Day 1 is scheduled for Saturday 6 February 2027 near Capel Lane, Littleham, Exmouth EX8 2QZ (what3words ///miss.race.open). The event is a 7-hour timed road event run on an accurately measured, tarmac surface and described as undulating. The route uses an out and back layout on an old disused train line with each lap measuring 5.3 km.
Organisers operate a "TUGG" system (Turn Up Get Going) so participants may start any time during the event window provided they complete their final lap before the published cutoff. Runners and walkers may complete as many laps as they can within the permitted time; finishers who complete at least one lap are recognised and receive a medal.
Entry is limited to a maximum of 75 participants and the minimum age is 18 years. Entries close on 22 January 2027. Prices listed include affiliated and unattached categories, with options that exclude event perks such as medals. If the event reaches capacity, later entrants will receive a bespoke medal chosen from those available on the day.
