Runner's HI 20K and 5K runs
Runner's HI offers a multi loop 20K and a 5K on the west side of Oahu, held at the Kalaeloa Professional Center on Saratoga Avenue in Kapolei. The course is described as flat and fast and is presented as a venue to practice pacing for the mid section of the Honolulu Marathon.
The event includes both a 20K and a 5K distance:

- 5K
New features for the year include upgraded fully custom tech shirts for the first 500 entrants and custom medals created specifically for the 20K. Every runner who finishes receives a finisher medal.
Awards are given to overall winners and in age groups. The top three male and female finishers in each distance receive overall awards. Age group prizes are detailed as follows:
- 20K: top 3 male and female in each age group: 14 and under, 15-19, then every 5 years up to 85+
- 5K: top 3 male and female in each age group: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29 then every 10 years up to 80+
