Event overview
#RUNMARANA Mother's Day 5k and Kid’s Free FUN Run takes place on May 9, 2026, in Marana, AZ (12205 N Tangerine Farms Rd, 85653). The event is presented by On Your Left Fitness in partnership with the Town of Marana and is the fifth event in the #RUNMARANA series. Two event options are offered:
- 5K : Mother's 5K; registration fee $35 (price increases after May 8, 2026)
- Kid's Free Fun Run : no registration fee
Course and race details
The 5K is an out-and-back route along the Santa Cruz River path. The course is entirely on a shared use path and is marked with triangle ground signs. Refueling stations are located at the start/finish area and at the 5K turn.
All registrations include a custom race bib, a custom online finisher's certificate, and a finisher medal. Two fitness-themed prize packs will be raffled for each race. Community activities listed for race day include themed face painting, a photo booth, inflatables and lawn games, and a cider toast to mothers after the event.
Packet pickup is scheduled at the Marana Aquatic and Recreation Center (13455 N Marana Main St) the day before the race and is also available on race morning. Race-day registration is available online only; there will be no paper registration on site. RaceJoy will be available for tracking and live results.
