Spring RunFit Kidz Celebration Run
The Spring RunFit Kidz Celebration Run takes place on Sunday, May 17, 2026, at Fairfax Corner, 11895 Grand Commons Ave., Fairfax, VA 22030. The event centers on a 5K celebration run in the shopping center plaza where the start/finish line and post-race snacks will be located. There is free parking in the surrounding lots and parking garage.
Children enrolled in the RFK program are already registered for the 5K and do not need further registration or payment. Coaches will distribute race packets to RFK participants during their final class. Each packet contains a commemorative finishers T-shirt, a race bib, and any earned tokens not yet received. The finishers medal will be handed out at the finish line of the 5K. If a family cannot attend, they may notify the coach so the packet can be placed for pickup later.
Adult, sibling, and friend registration options and deadlines are stated: $40 with a custom bib and commemorative shirt for registrations completed by May 3 at midnight; $30 with a custom bib only, with online registration remaining open through race morning on May 17 at 7:30 am.
