runDisney Springtime Surprise Weekend
runDisney Springtime Surprise Weekend takes place April 16 to 20, 2026, at Walt Disney World Resort. The weekend centers on friendship and features races inspired by Disney character duos along with themed entertainment and activities.
Race options include:
- 5K with Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde
- 10K with Winnie the Pooh and Tigger
- 10-miler with Joy and Sadness
- Challenge combining all three races for a total of 19.3 miles
Participants will encounter meet and greets with rarely seen Characters and viewing of inspiring movie clips along course areas. A morning yoga session is scheduled for post-run recovery. Each completed race awards a themed medal, and completing all three races earns a separate Challenge medal.
Registration prices listed for the weekend include a 6.6% platform service fee. runDisney will donate to Make-A-Wish Central and Northern Florida in honor of the event; individual registration or participation will not affect the amount donated by runDisney. Event volunteers serve as part of the Celebrated Charity - Race Volunteers to support the Make-A-Wish presence at the weekend.
