HOKA Runaway Sydney Half Marathon
The HOKA Runaway Sydney Half Marathon is a city road race that covers 21.1 km through the Sydney central business district. For a limited period the course uses wide-open city streets and passes several of the city’s well-known landmarks. The event is scheduled in autumn, when organisers highlight cooler, crisp running conditions.
The event includes on-course entertainment and designated spectator zones. Every finisher receives a medal. An event app provides live updates, athlete tracking and event information on demand. There is also an option to run for charity and information aimed at visitors under a Stay and Play section.
The race traces a course through the heart of Sydney’s CBD and presents an urban running experience with organised support and event services.
