RunAMOK Race Series: Bury St Edmunds Half Marathon
The event is a Half Marathon held at the Skyliner Centre in Bury St Edmunds on Sunday 18 October 2026. The course is a looped, mostly flat route that uses a mix of pedestrian paths and country roads, passing through Moreton Hall, Rougham and nearby villages with views of the Suffolk countryside.
Each mile is clearly and accurately marked and marshals will be positioned around the course. The route is not fully closed to traffic or the public, so spectators and other path users may be present. Water stations are provided every 5 km, with additional water available at the finish. Race results will be published immediately after the event.
A secure baggage drop will be available on race day. Runners receive a baggage tag attached to their race number, and the race number is required to collect belongings. Photography and videography will take place during the event; images may be used for social media and promotional materials, and requests to remove published content will be handled on receipt.
Spectators are welcome and are advised to stay within the event village to view the start and finish. Volunteer roles include running stalls and assisting with finish-line duties.
