RunAMOK Bury St Edmunds Half Marathon
The RunAMOK Bury St Edmunds Half Marathon takes place on Sunday 18 October 2026 at the Skyliner Centre in Bury St Edmunds (IP32 7QB). The race follows a looped, mostly flat route using a mix of pedestrian paths and country roads through Bury St Edmunds, Moreton Hall, Rougham and nearby villages, with views of the Suffolk countryside.
Each mile on the course is clearly and accurately marked. Marshals and directional arrows will be positioned throughout the route. The race is not run on fully closed roads so members of the public and spectators may also use the paths.
Water stations are provided every 5 km, with additional water at the finish. A secure baggage drop will be available; baggage tags are attached to race numbers and staff will check race numbers when collecting items. Race results will be published immediately after the event.
A bespoke Bury St Edmunds Half Marathon medal will be given to all finishers for the 2026 race, and all participants will receive an official race tee. Photography and videography will take place during the event and published images may be removed on request. Spectators are welcome and are encouraged to use the event village to view the start and finish. Volunteers are also invited to support the event.
