About the race
Run Your City: 7 Dams is a night trail run set for Friday, 7 November 2025 at the 7 Dams area on General Beyer Road, Bloemfontein. The event offers two single-trail options: a shorter loop of approximately 4 km and a longer loop of approximately 7.6 km.
Walkers are welcome and participants may bring pets on a leash. Participants are reminded to bring a headlight or torch for running after dark. There are no toilet facilities at the venue.
