Participant provisions and logistics include a Bundtini for every participant, a finisher medal, commemorative apparel including a lightweight long sleeve hoodie and a long sleeve crew neck for youth sizes, and chip timing for 5K participants only. Packet pickup is at Big Peach Running Co. Cumming on Friday October 2 and Saturday October 3 from 12 PM to 5 PM; race day packet pickup begins at 7:00 AM under the Big Peach tent. Virtual packets will ship after September 10 if not picked up, and unclaimed items will be donated after the event.
The event supports the Eco Sneakers Foundation with a gently used shoe collection and monetary donations to fund youth programs.
