Fast Pace Race 5K / 10K / 1 Mile : Cumming Fairgrounds
The Fast Pace Race is scheduled for October 24, 2026 at the Cumming Fairgrounds, 235 Castleberry Rd, Cumming, GA 30040. The event is presented by the Forsyth Area Striders Team together with the Prostate Condition Education Council and lists Advanced Urology as title sponsor. Proceeds support prostate cancer awareness, screening, and education.
Course and race format details are provided for the 5K and 10K. Both the 5K and 10K are chip timed, point to point, and feature an overall elevation drop to the finish with a half mile downhill start and finish. The 1 mile run takes place entirely within the fairgrounds.

Logistics and participant services include parking at the fairgrounds Gate B or Lot 1, a covered arena as the pre race area with attached restrooms, packet pickup on the day prior and the event day, bus transportation to the start line and walking routes available, and a bag check at the start line to return warm clothing to the arena. Post race amenities near the finish include food, beverages, and restrooms. Awards are offered for overall Male and Female, Masters Male and Female, and age groups in five year increments for the 5K and 10K; all finishers receive medals.
