Run Your Bass Off
Run Your Bass Off is a community 5K run and 1 mile untimed walk held in Stanford, Illinois at 203 N Blackstone Ave. The event benefits the Olympia Bass Fishing Team. Proceeds support tournament fees, travel expenses, and equipment for the youth fishing team.

Registration opens January 1, 2026 and closes July 1, 2026. The registration fee is $30.00. Shirts are guaranteed for participants who register by June 30, 2026.
Awards are given to the top male and female overall and to the top male and female in each age group: 9 and under, 10 to 14, 15 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, 70 to 79, and 80 plus.
The run takes place during Stanford's Good Old Days Festival. Festival activities at the park include food and craft vendors, live music, a parade, a car show, pool games, pony rides, a petting zoo, a foam party, and an evening fireworks display.
