Run With The Force 5K
The Run With The Force 5K takes place on June 6, 2026, in Bossier City, Louisiana, at 3131 Arthur Teague Parkway. The event is a 5K (3.1 miles) run or walk with a course described as beginner friendly and family friendly. Participants of all ages and experience levels are welcome.
The race supports Shreveport Homeschool Sports, also known as Shreveport Force, a program that offers organized athletics for homeschool students in Northwest Louisiana. The program fields teams in sports such as cross country, track and field, basketball, and volleyball, and aims to develop discipline, teamwork, leadership, and character while providing competitive opportunities at middle school and high school levels.
Proceeds from the event are allocated to equipment and uniforms, training facilities, travel to competitions, and program development for future athletes. Registration has a fee of $20.00.
Awards will be given for male and female participants in these age groups: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60 and over.
