Run With The Fishes
Run With The Fishes is an annual community road and trail event held at Lake Sammamish State Park in Issaquah, Washington on September 27, 2026. The event includes multiple distances and a separate kids run, and proceeds are returned to the local community through grants, scholarships, and outreach.

The course begins inside the park and follows the Lake Sammamish waterfront, with a one mile stretch along SE 56th Street that passes the park soccer fields and a nearby Costco. Runners travel along trails that parallel Issaquah Creek and formerly crossed an Issaquah Creek bridge; for 2026 the course was altered to avoid the damaged bridge by routing through the park soccer fields and trails on the west side of the creek. The final mile follows a dirt trail along Issaquah Creek. Ten kilometer participants complete a second loop while five kilometer participants finish after one lap. The kids run takes place after the main race.
Event features include a return of the long sleeved event running shirt, costume prizes such as Best Team Costume and Best Family School of Fish, local food trucks, live music by The Waybacks, and a beer garden featuring Big Block Brewery.
