Run with Joy Half Marathon
The Run with Joy event features a selection of distances taking place in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The race starts and finishes at the Canteen Brewhouse, located at 2381 Aztec Rd NE. The courses are primarily out-and-back routes that utilize the North Diversion Channel Trail, which is a shared path. The terrain is mostly flat, though participants will encounter some elevation changes where the trail passes under major streets.

- Half Marathon (13.1 miles)
- 10k
- 5k
- 1 Miler
The half marathon and 10k courses include various hydration and aid stations, while the 5k participants have access to an aid station at the halfway point. Restrooms are available at the start, the finish, and the 5k turnaround point. High-energy atmosphere is provided by live music during the event.
Instead of traditional top finisher awards, a raffle is held after the race where all finishers are eligible to win prizes using their bib numbers. Post-race refreshments for participants include a breakfast burrito and a choice of beer or root beer. Participants in the Half Marathon and 10k receive a finisher's medal and a shirt. Those in the 5k receive a shirt but no medal, while the 1 Miler does not include a shirt or medal. Timing services for the event are provided professionally.
