Run Wild Rhino Rush 5k - Georgetown, KY
The Run Wild Rhino Rush 5k is a community running event at GFC Soccer Park in Georgetown, Kentucky, held on Saturday, July 11, 2026. The event program includes a main 5-kilometer race and a short kids run for ages 6 and under.
Course details: the 5K is run as two loops, with each loop measuring about 1.56 miles. The kids event is a 1/4 mile loop around the parking lot and allows parental assistance. Water and Gatorade are provided at the finish area.
Proceeds from the races support registration fees for the organizing cross country team; funds have previously been used to purchase racing spikes for team members. All registered 5K runners receive a custom RunWild Buckle and will have their results posted to the event results service. A selection of shirts will be available for purchase at the race.
