Run Walk Praise Spring 5K 2026 : Baldwin Harbor Park
Run Walk Praise Spring 5K is a community walk/run held on May 30, 2026 at Baldwin Harbor Park in Baldwin, NY. The event includes an in-person 5K and a separate free 1/4 mile toddlers run for ages 4 and under that starts at the park tennis courts. A post-event day party will feature music, dance, group fitness, spoken word, face painting, and vendors.
Registration for in-person and virtual options includes a personalized bib, a finisher medal, and a T-shirt when registered in advance. Participants who register at least three weeks before the event are eligible for a personalized bib and a guaranteed T-shirt. Virtual participants may upload times and photos during the window from May 30 to June 7; virtual bibs are mailed in a shipping window around the event dates.
Event amenities include wellness vendors, pre- and post-race refreshments, kids shirts, and a post-race raffle. Awards are given to the top male and female overall and to the top male and female in each age group: 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+. A Best Team award is judged on team size, outfit, and energy and includes a group wellness and fitness session for the winning team.
