The Never Stop Running Foundation "Twas the Night Before 5K" is a 5-kilometer run with a free Kiddie Dash held on December 13, 2025 in Flushing Meadows Corona Park, Queens, NY. Distances offered:

The 5K is a USATF certified course that makes one loop of the park, passes the Unisphere twice, and runs around the Fountain of the Planets. The start and finish are near the Queens Theater. A virtual 5K option is available with a window for logging results from December 13 to December 20, 2025.
Registration, logistics and awards
The event offers in-person and virtual entries and an optional bib-mailing add-on for a fee. Finishers receive a medal ornament and a "Twas' the Night" shirt. Hydration is provided at the finish line, and refreshments are supplied by event sponsors. Portable toilets are located near the finish and an NYC Parks building bathroom is on the east side of the course; additional park bathrooms are a short walk from the start and finish. An informal bag check area will be available in the staging area.
Age-group recognition is given to the top overall male, female, and non-binary finishers and to top finishers in standard age brackets from 14 & under through 90+.
