13th Annual Run, Walk or Roll 5K
Next Step Ministries organizes a 5K fundraiser at First Baptist Church Woodstock in Woodstock, GA, to support day programs for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Woodstock and the surrounding area. The event takes place on October 3, 2026.
The event features professional chip timing and is a Peachtree qualifier with USATF certification GA23062WC. Finisher medals will be awarded to the first 250 participants to complete the 5K. Amenities listed include bottled water stations and a pre-race group stretch. Leashed dogs are welcome. Children in strollers may participate at no charge; children who complete the course under their own power must register.
Team participation is encouraged. There will be a contest for the largest team, and team captains must create a team fundraiser with a team and individual goal when forming a team. Teams are not required to raise any amount and may set goals to zero. A $5 team and referral discount applies, with team discount available only through pre-registration. Sponsorship opportunities are noted as forthcoming.
Registration fee tiers are published for the 2026 event: early, regular, late, and race day fees with graduated pricing between May and October 2026. Race day registration accepts credit and debit cards only. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
