13th Annual Run, Walk or Roll 5K
Next Step Ministries organizes the 13th Annual Run, Walk or Roll 5K in Woodstock, Georgia, held at First Baptist Church Woodstock, 11905 Hwy 92. The event raises funds for day programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Woodstock area.
The event is presented by Krause Family Ford and includes the following features: professional chip timing, USATF certification and Peachtree qualifier status (GA23062WC), finisher medals for the first 250 finishers, bottled water stations, and a pre-race group stretch. Leashed dogs are allowed. Children in strollers do not require registration; children who can complete the course under their own power must register.
Team participation and fundraising are part of the event format. There is a contest for largest team, a requirement for team captains to create a team fundraiser with team and individual goals, and a team discount available only through pre-registration. Referral discounts of five dollars are offered.
Registration fee structure is published for different periods: early bird, regular, late, and race day registration with escalating fees.
