Run to the Taproom - Creekside Farm Brewery 5K & 8K
This event takes place on Saturday, September 12, 2026 at Creekside Farm Brewery in King George, Virginia. Participants can choose between two courses: a 5K run/walk and an 8K run.
The courses are scenic, well-maintained dirt trails on a 1000-acre farm that borders the Rappahannock River. The races are chip-timed, with awards for the top three overall finishers and within age groups. The event has a maximum capacity of 250 participants.
Post-race amenities include a party with live music, craft beer available at the tasting room, and two food trucks on site. All participants receive one complimentary beer ticket (21+), an upgraded event shirt (register by August 30 for first choice), and a souvenir pint glass. Free downloadable photos and on-site parking are provided.
The event is dog-friendly (well-behaved and leashed) and allows strollers, though the trail is packed dirt and gravel. There is a time limit of 1 hour and 30 minutes for the courses.
