Run to Stay Warm
Run to Stay Warm is a fundraising race in Eugene, Oregon held on the Sunday before Thanksgiving. The event offers multiple distances and follows a flat, scenic route along the Willamette River, running through Alton Baker Park with start and finish at Downtown Riverfront Park. Proceeds benefit EWEB’s Customer Care Program.

- 10K
- 5K
- Free Kid's Run
Registration details and participant items: registration opens September 1, 2026; entry fees are non-refundable and registrations are non-transferable. Participants in all three main distances receive a beanie. Race shirts are available for purchase online and are mailed to the shipping address provided; shirts are not sold at packet pick-up. Bibs and beanies are not mailed and must be collected during packet pick-up.
Participant logistics and course rules: walkers are welcome; the courses remain open to accommodate slower paces. Wheelchairs may participate with prior organizer notification. Baby strollers are allowed if started at the back of the field; dogs are not allowed. Portable restrooms are located at the start, finish and along the course. A bag check area is available but runners must provide their own bags; the event is not responsible for lost or damaged items. The timing tag attached to the bib is required for official timing.
Packet pick-up is available the day before and the morning of the race; photo ID and the registration QR code are needed to collect bibs. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
