Run to Remember 5K | 2.5K - Lethbridge
The event takes place at Mountain View Cemetery in Lethbridge on Sunday September 27, 2026. It is organized by the City of Lethbridge as a community-oriented run to commemorate and honour the memories of loved ones; participants may write the names of those they run for on a board.
The start and finish are located at the cemetery entrance, 1210 Scenic Drive South. The course uses paved trails through the cemetery; the 5 km distance is a double loop.
Distances offered:
- 5K double loop on paved trails
- 2.5K single loop on paved trails
Strollers are welcome. Dogs are not permitted inside the cemetery. Participants are asked to respect the site and stay off graves. Parking is limited and available at the Radiology Associates lot, 1122 Scenic Drive South.
Registration is limited to 250 entries and fees include processing charges. Early bird pricing applies until August 31 with regular pricing from September 1 to September 27 for adults, youth, and a family option.
This is an official chip timed event with live online searchable results. Medals will be awarded to the top finisher in each age category for both distances. Package pickup is available Friday September 25 at the cemetery office and on race morning for out-of-town participants. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
